Mr. Sitaram is the founder of Praxis Technologies and presently serves as its Managing Director. He guides the leadership team at Praxis in day-to-day operations. An engineer from VJTI, Masters in Engineering from Villanova University and post-graduate in management from the Wharton School of Business, Mr. Sitaram has a successful track record in setting up offshore services organizations. Mentorix (presently Lionbridge India), one of world's largest offshore eLearning services companies was co-founded by him. A serial entrepreneur and global management professional, Mr. Sitaram evangelizes management practices that are focused on generating shareholder value. His ability to help clients objectively assess complex challenges and opportunities, and talent for zeroing in on the best-fit solution has been demonstrated across several client engagements. Previously, Mr. Sitaram worked with global conglomerates and management consulting firms including Fortune 100 companies; he started his career with the Ford Motor Company as a Program Lead Analyst; post Wharton, he went on to join Bain & Company as a Case Team Leader. During his stint with Bain, he worked in multiple industries including telecommunications, retail, transportation, medical equipment and chemical; his last stint was as Vice-President and General Manager at Lionbridge Technologies, heading their India operations. Mr. Sitaram lives in Mumbai, India.
