Prashant Mitta is currently an investor in various investments including World Water Works Inc. - a company that develops and markets technologies within the wastewater and energy sector. At World Water Works, Mr. Mitta is also a director and CFO. Prior to World Water Works. Mr. Mitta was Managing Director for Think Energy Partners, the energy group of Think Capital a New Jersey based private fund. Prashant lead Think's energy initiatives and delivered significant return on its investments in the energy portfolio - which includes three energy assets totaling 443 MWs in the United States and assets in South Asia. Prior to focusing on Think Energy, Mr. Mitta helped develop ConnectCapital - an investment fund of Think Capital, Insight Capital Partners, Microsoft Corp (MSFT), i2 Technologies (ITWO) and MSD Capital. Prior to partnering with Think, Mr. Mitta was a Director at Enron International in Houston, TX. At Enron, Mr. Mitta worked in the Corporate Development Group and Global Finance Group evaluating various investments and M&A opportunities that complemented Enron's energy and communication businesses. Prashant worked on various project financings, including Dabhol Power Company (2,100 MW) and Greenfield Shipping Company (LNG Ship), which won several international financing awards. Mr. Mitta holds a BS in Biology from Rennselaer Polytechnic Institute and a MBA from Columbia Business School.
