Mr. Shah is a Senior Vice President of Media & Technology at Macquarie Capital (USA) Inc. Mr. Shah joined Macquarie in April 2010 and has over 12 years of investment banking, principal investing and consulting experience. Prior to joining Macquarie, Mr. Shah was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley and Lehman Brothers during which time he raised over US$13 billion of equity and debt financing for clients and advised on over US$10 billion in M&A transactions, including in the Technology and Healthcare industries. Mr. Shah earned an MBA from The University of Chicago and a BS in Engineering from the University of Virginia.
